WINCHESTER BAY — Douglas County Commissioners will hold a town hall meeting in Winchester Bay starting at 5:30 June 14.

The meeting will include a public hearing on the Second Amendment Preservation Ordinance as well as a forum to discuss current topics, according to a press release from county public information officer Tamara Osborne.

"The commissioners encourage citizen participation," she said.

The meeting takes place at the Marina Activity Center in the Winchester Bay RV Resort, 263 Marina Way. Commissioners Tim Freeman and Chris Boice will be in attendance as Gary Leif has been appointed to the Legislature.
