It seems to me that people in prison or jail are better off than the homeless, why? I thought prison or jail was supposed to be the worst place that you can imagine, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. It was the worst place several decades ago I think, until the do-gooders stepped in and changed that. Prisoners get the best medical care, best dental care, meals, special meals, clothing. They can have their husband or wife for overnight visits. If they don't like the staff, they can easily get them reassigned! They have a beauty program, and can get hair and nails done. They can have flowers and packages delivered to them. They get more than the public can imagine. This should not be.

Sometimes the homeless don't know where their next meal is coming from, or where they can take a shower, or have enough money to wash their clothes, or where they can sleep in a comfortable place. Lots of homeless sleep under bridges, park benches, in the forest or bushes. Some find a homeless shelter but there's not enough space or beds for all of them. Maybe they should change the prisons or jails back to the way they were way back when, such as none of the things I mentioned above.

Prisoners should have to earn those privileges. Maybe the government should start a good program to help take care of the homeless like they do to take care of prisoners or people in jails, that might be a start, such as more homeless shelters, camps and the like, but the main problem with camps is they don't keep them clean. There's no trash cans or Dumpsters or portable toilets to help solve part of the keeping it clean problem. There's no simple solution to the homeless problem. Maybe some of the things I mentioned here is a start.
