A celebration of the life of Jason Tree will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 2 at the Bandon Community Center.
Jason was born Oct. 22, 1953 in North Hollywood, Calif., the son of Christopher Tree and Barbara Moore. He died after a two-year battle with cancer at his home in Bandon May 9, 2018 at the age of 64.
He grew up in California where he spent his early years acting and his teenage years skipping school to surf in Cambria and Big Sur.
