SOUTH COAST — The North Bend Medical Center in Coos and Curry counties will launch new tobacco restrictions beginning May 1.

The new policies will prohibit cigarettes and all other smoking products, including e-cigarettes and other nicotine delivery products, from being used on properties owned and operated by North Bend Medical Center. The use of nicotine replacement therapy, such as gum, lozenges and patches that are approved by the Federal Drug Administration will be permitted at all locations.
