Probation violation: Probation violation at 7:44 a.m. at Fred Meyer. Subject arrested and transported to Coos County Jail.

Criminal trespass: Arrest of criminal trespass in progress at Fred Meyer at 3:11 p.m. Transported to Coos County Jail.

Burglary: Unknown fire burning at 10:13 p.m. on Newmark Avenue. Subject was arrested for burglary 2, criminal mischief 2, reckless burning, burglary 1 and harassment.

Thursday, Nov. 24

Warrant service: Subject found for Coos County Sherrif's Office at 12:06 p.m. near Mingus Park as a result of found dog. Subject wanted in contempt of court, arrested and transported to Coos County Jail.

Wednesday, Nov. 23

Warrant service: Officers arrested a subject on a Coos County Sheriff's Office warrant at 3:48 a.m. on possession of Oxycontin. Subject was transported to Coos County Jail.

Criminal trespass: Officers arrested subject for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct at 10:42 a.m. on South 2nd Street and Highway 101.

Violation of restraining order: Arrest the result of follow-up at 1:06 p.m. on South 17th Street. Subject was lodged at Coos County Jail.

Warrant service: Located wanted subject out of Coos County Sheriff's Office at 1:11 p.m. on Newmark Avenue at Walmart. The subject was wanted for possession of methamphetamine, was arrested and transported to Coos County Jail.

Child related: Children left unattended in vehicle at 3:11 p.m. on Newmark Avenue.

Theft of bike: Theft of bike at 3:37 p.m. on Kruse and 2nd Street.

Warrant service: Officers arrested subject wanted for 11 local warrants at 3:40 p.m. on South Wasson Street. Subject arrested off Coos Bay Police charges for possession of meth, interfering with a peace officer and possession of meth, theft in the second degree, and two more charges of possession of meth. He was also arrested off North Bend Police warrants for possession of meth and attempting to commit a class A misdemeanor, and arrested off Coos County Sheriff's Office warrants for probation violation and possession of meth. A woman was arrested with him for probation violation. Both were transported to the Coos County Jail.

Warrant service: Subject arrested off a Coos Bay Police warrant for DUII and reckless driving at 3:41 p.m on North Bayshore. Subject was transported to Coos County Jail.

Suspicious subject: Subject in the lobby at the Red Lion Hotel asked for assistance at 8:06 p.m. The suspicious subject was arrested for felony possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm and taken to the Coos County Jail.

DUII: Intoxicated driver arrested at 10:37 p.m. on South 1st Street near Taco Bell and lodged at the Coos County Jail.

North Bend Police

Sunday, Nov. 27

Violation of restraining order: A man's son, who he has a restraining order against, was found stealing items from a safe after breaking into the house at 2:08 p.m. on Broadway Avenue. Report taken and subject arrested and transported to Coos County Jail.

Friday, Nov. 25

Warrant service: Service Clackamas County Sheriff's Office warrant at 4:26 a.m. on Virginia Avenue. Subject wanted for possession of heroine, arrested and transported to Coos County Jail.

Thursday, Nov. 24

Burglary: 911 call of a burglary in progress at 12:20 a.m. on Virginia Avenue. Officers arrived to see the door open with pry marks and several bottles of liquor stolen. Under investigation.

Found property: Officer found beer in the roadway at 2:21 a.m. on Ohio Street. Property seized for disposal.

Flooding: Multiple calls regarding flooded street at 11:17 p.m. on Waite Street. Handled by officers.

Wednesday, Nov. 23

Suspicious conditions: Subject turned himself in at 1:05 a.m. for shoplifting incident he claims he committed earlier. Officer checked with store, which was unaware of any theft. Subject instructed to check in with police officer.

Suspicious vehicle: Officer located vehicle at 2:49 a.m. on Broadway Avenue, but owner was just playing Pokemon.
