COOS BAY — Coos Bay Public Library will be holding a series of free sample fitness events in January. The general public is invited to come try fitness classes being offered by local businesses: Downtown Health & Fitness, Northwest Martial Arts, and Mossy Lotus. Class sizes are limited, and will be on a first come first serve basis, no registration required.

- Zumba 6-7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6th — all ages welcome.
- Self-Defense 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11th — ages 8+.
- Yoga 6-7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13 — ages 12+.
- PiYo 6-7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27th — all ages welcome.
