7:51 p.m., suspicious conditions reported in the 100 block of Michigan Avenue. Male on a cell phone says a 16-year-old girl is being raped. Unfounded.

12:37 a.m., DUII reported on 11th Street and Allegheny. As the result of a traffic stop, arrested Tressa Marie Wilson, 40, for DUII. Refused a blood-alcohol test. Transported to Coos County Jail. Vehicle towed by Mast Bros.

12:38 a.m., suspicious conditions reported on Northeast Ohio Avenue. Reporting party observed subjects with flashlights running around property going in and out of back shed. Reporting party was told no one allowed to be on property. Advised subjects are allowed to be on the property.

11:01 a.m., criminal mischief reported on Southwest 11th Street. Two girls with long hair took cones from City Park and are walking eastbound on Eighth Street. Area checked, unable to locate.

2:20 a.m., harassment reported on Seabird and U.S. Highway 101. Reporting party's boyfriend is following her in a blue Mustang. Contacted, was en route to Highway Deli for cigarettes, not following reporting party. Handled.

7:03 a.m., civil problem reported in the 1200 block of June Avenue. Boyfriend refusing to leave property. Had issue with him at 3 a.m. being physical. Contacted subject and reporting party, civil problem. Advised of options for assistance with vouchers.

9:21 a.m., illegal camping reported in the 1500 block of Harvard Street. Illegal campers in the bushes behind the apartments. Reporting party advised of items disappearing, including hoses and utilty cart. Believes subjects took items. Attempt to locate owner of the property that subject is staying on. Pending.

They don't know where they are, asking for water. When filled their jug of water, they turned around and dumped it out. Located both subjects. Arrested William Scott Bledsoe, 27, of Coos Bay, for possession of meth, possession of burglary tools. Bledsoe trespassed from Bandon Dunes. Transported to Coos County Jail.

10:53 p.m., suspicious conditions reported on U.S. Highway 101 and Harlem. Female on a cell phone reports a subject laying in the grass, looks unconscious. Subject is fine, just laid down for a nap, moving on shortly.

6:01 a.m., suspicious subject reported in the 60 block of Michigan Avenue. Reporting party reports suspicious male in front of store. Contacted subject, waiting to sell his bottles to leave town this morning. Handled.

7:39 p.m., dog at large reported on Third Street. Medium brown dog walking in area, looks older and heavy set, no collar or tags. Taken to kennel at police department.

12:46 a.m., disturbance reported in the 1200 block of Shorepine Drive. Assaulted by brother. All staying in a rental house right now. All have had drinks tonight. Reporting party denied anybody is intoxicated. Reporting party denied medical. Currently in residence: mom, stepdad, sister and husband, two nephews, one has a daughter and son, reporting parties girlfriend, brother. Not as reported. Subject will be leaving the house tonight.

1:59 a.m., report of a man down in the 130 block of Alabama Avenue. Subject down, possible victim of assault. Information to Bay Cities Ambulance. Victim declined medical, declined to pursue charges. No signs of assault. Victim left area.

2:30 a.m., dispute reported on Oregon Avenue. Dispute in back parking lot. Three males, 2 females are yelling, cursing and hitting each other. Now off property, walking towards Fourth Street.

2:33 a.m., burglary reported in the 1600 block of Oregon Avenue. Owner has people in hi room threatening him. Owner has a knife. Arrested Adam Lee Partidge, 34, of Las Vegas, Nev., on charges of burglary 1, assaulted 4. Transported to Coos County Jail.

9 p.m., criminal mischief reported in the 400 block of Second Street. Bandon Shell station, subject drove off with pump still in the car. Pump snapped off. Subject left southbound. Will contact manager tomorrow to make civil resolution.

July 28

9:32 a.m., DUII reported in the 57000 block of Round Lake Drive. Employee reports a heavily intoxicated subject en route towards Bandon in a black Honda Ridgeline with dents on one side. Arrested Jonathan Daniel Satterblom, 43, of Bandon, on charge of DUII.

11:50 a.m., mental subject reported on U.S. Highway 101 and 10th Street. Male subject yelling at passing vehicles to hurt him. Contacted subject, no intentions of hurting himself. Handled.

2:02 p.m., theft reported in the 300 block of Klamath Avenue. Theft of equipment out of boat. Unknown when items taken. Handled.

2:21 p.m., criminal mischief reported on Second Street and Chicago. Subject opened door and damaged reporting party's vehicle. Contact subjects, insurance being exchanged. Handled.

8:33 p.m., family dispute reported in the 1600 block of Harvard Street. Reporting party had dispute with boyfriend. He pushed her to the ground while holding a small child. Arrested Jason Victorio Huerta, 36, of Bandon, for assault 4 domestic, reckless endangering of a minor. Transported to Coos County Jail.

July 29

1:18 a.m., driving while suspended reported on U.S. Highway 101 and Riverside. As the result of a traffic stop, arrested driving for driving while suspended. Vehicle secured on scene.

2:59 p.m., suspicious conditions reported on Southeast Harvard Street. Observed a pit bull with a blue leash without an owner. Checked area, unable to locate.

5:20 p.m., animal complaint reported in the 3200 block of Beach Loop Drive. Three dogs locked in a car for about a half hour. They were baring, and now they are not. Spoke to owners, animals taken inside, no distress.

July 30

6:34 a.m., suspicious vehicle reported on Northeast First Street. MC parked in field across from house. Had been driving around the neighborhood that night before. Unable to locate the owner. Bike is not a traffic hazard.

5:58 p.m., suspicious conditions reported in the 1100 block of Southeast Second Street. Subjects in brown van yelling. Subjects contacted, handled.

6:50 p.m., DUII reported on 11th Street and Chicago. As the result of a traffic stop, arrested Brian Leon Narron, 59, of Bandon, on charges of DUII with a blood-alcohol level of .02 percent. Cited and released.

July 31

1:38 a.m., driving complaint reported on Beach Loop and 11th. Vehicle swearing all over the road. Traffic stop on vehicle. Requests for medical to assist driver were declined. Walked home, vehicle secured at scene.

6:06 p.m., suspicious subject reported in the 1000 block of Baltimore Avenue. Transient loitering in area. Area checked, unable to locate.

8:07 p.m., warrant service issued on U.S. Highway 101 and Second. Out with wanted subject. Arrested Whitney Rashelle Persson, 21, of Bandon, on three Coos County Sheriff's Office warrants. Transported to Coos County Jail.

10:07 p.m., child abuse reported in the in the Bandon area. Possible sex abuse. Report taken, relayed to Department of Human Services.

11:01 p.m., suspicious subject reported at milepost 4 on Highway 42S. Male subject wearing blue jeans stumbling in traffic. Subject said he has a ride coming to get him, was recently released from Coos County Jail.

Aug. 1

4:50 a.m., suspicious subject reported in the 60 block of Michigan Avenue. Subject inside vehicle at location. Reporting party called and advised subjects left the area. Unable to locate vehicle. Handled.

12:08 p.m., juvenile problem reported on Southeast Second Street. Juveniles riding bicycles on the sidewalk, disturbing pedestrians. Checked area, unable to locate.

6:12 p.m., driving complaint reported on U.S. Highway 101 and Riverside Drive. Speeding and ran a red light in Coos Bay. Last seen heading southbound. Caller transferred to Oregon State Police. Information relayed to Bandon Police Department.

7:54 p.m., family dispute reported in the 1100 block of Southeast Third Street. Daughter threatened to assault reporting party. Verbal only, had agreed to leave for the night. Children staying with grandparents. Report forwarded to Department of Human Services.

8:50 p.m., intoxicated subject reported in the 60 block of Michigan Avenue. Intoxicated female having difficulty walking. Arrested subject for possession of meth, felony in possession of a weapon. Handled.

8:13 a.m., theft reported in the 500 block of U.S. Highway 101. Flagged down by subject at police department. Civil issue, handled.

2:48 p.m., dispute reported in the 800 block of Southeast Second Street. Owner is next door yelling at reporting party's customers over where a customer parked. Contacted parties, no crime. Subjects counselled. Handled.

7:48 p.m., driving while suspended reported on First and Chicago. Result of casual contact, cited driver for driving while suspended. Vehicle left at scene.

9 p.m., family dispute reported in the 53000 block of Beach Loop Road. Son loaded on drugs, kicked her out of her own house. She is sitting in a dark green Honda CRV in the driveway. Assistance rendered.
