Cranberry Run

Runners take off at the start of the Lions Cranberry Run on Sunday.

Bryan Thompson and Marley Petrey were the top finishers in the 5-kilometer race at the Bandon Lions Cranberry Run on Sunday.

The 5K was the most popular of three events during the day.

Thompson finished in 22:37. Petrey, who was in the 6-9 age group, finished in 25:00, just ahead of Juliana Baker.

The 10K only drew a handful of runners. Sarah Miller was first overall in 52:33 while Tom Brown was first among men in 59:10.

The top finishers in the 1-mile run were brothers Noah and Jonah Brown in 8:55. Gracie Sullivan was first for girls in 10:31.
