Thursday, Dec. 21: *Early American goulash, broccoli and carrots, spinach romaine salad with ranch dressing, whole wheat bread, Christmas sugar cookie.

Friday, Dec. 22: Chicken pot pie with buttermilk biscuit, steamed spinach, tossed salad with red wine vinaigrette, chilled peaches.

Tuesday, Dec. 26: Chicken with paprika CR sauce or *hamburger gravy over whipped potatoes, Oregon bean medley, whole wheat bread, confetti cake.

Thursday, Dec. 28: *Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, cracked wheat bread, spiced pears.

Friday, Dec. 29: Oriental Shoyu chicken, steamed rice, herb carrots, broccoli, Mandarin pineapple ambrosia.

Suggested donation: $3.50 per meal. One percent milk served with all meals. Attention: For those who have food allergies, be aware that a large variety of foods are prepared in the kitchen, therefore, meals may be prepared with ingredients and food service equipment my come in contact with ingredients to which you may have an allergic reaction, such as nuts.
