Friday, Dec. 1: One-half SHV turkey sandwich on whole grain wheat, creamed tomato soup, country slaw, zucchini brownie.
Tuesday, Dec. 5: *Beef tomato mac or turkey divan bake, steamed carrots, mar broccoli salad, cracked wheat bread, spiced peaches.
Thursday, Dec. 7: *Beef and black bean chili, country cottage vegetables, spinach romaine salad with thousand island dressing, corn bread, red gelatin with whip topping.
Friday, Dec. 8: *Teriyaki meatballs over steamed rice, broccoli, carrot and raisin salad, almond cookie.
Tuesday, Dec. 12: Chicken milano or *beef Spanish rice, cut green beans, garden vegetable salad with citrus dressing, garlic bread, orange whip.
Thursday, Dec. 14: Roasted pork with scallopini sauce, steamed cabbage and carrots, green peas, cracked wheat bread, spiced applesauce.
Friday, Dec. 15: Breaded, baked fish with tartar sauce, Lyonnaise potatoes, Scandinavian blend vegetables, whole wheat bread, cranberry crunch bar.
Tuesday, Dec. 19: Roasted turkey with gravy or baked ham with pineapple sauce, sweet potato, green peas, wheat dinner roll, spice cake.
Thursday, Dec. 21: *Early American goulash, broccoli and carrots, spinach romaine salad with ranch dressing, whole wheat bread, Christmas sugar cookie.
Friday, Dec. 22: Chicken pot pie with buttermilk biscuit, steamed spinach, tossed salad with red wine vinaigrette, chilled peaches.
Tuesday, Dec. 26: Chicken with paprika CR sauce or *hamburger gravy over whipped potatoes, Oregon bean medley, whole wheat bread, confetti cake.
Thursday, Dec. 28: *Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, cracked wheat bread, spiced pears.
Friday, Dec. 29: Oriental Shoyu chicken, steamed rice, herb carrots, broccoli, Mandarin pineapple ambrosia.
Suggested donation: $3.50 per meal. One percent milk served with all meals.
