Sean was born to William P. and Lenore (Lindsay) Sweet Aug. 19, 1964, in Coos Bay. Sean passed away April 28, 2012, in Coos Bay, after a lengthy struggle with heart disease.

Sean attended Marshfield High School as a member of the Class of 1983. He also worked at MDK Construction and learned the HVAC trade working with his Uncle Mike Lindsay at Lindsay Heating and Air Conditioning.

Sean loved his family. As a young man he enjoyed spending days with family at Tenmile Lake or at his grandparent's river house in Scottsburg. He liked to fish and passed many happy hours fishing with his family and friends at the 'Barn Hole" at the family ranch on Elk River. Sean was very interested in cars and mechanical projects, and liked working in his yard. Sean found a perfect combination of his passion for mechanical things and the outdoors during time spent riding ATVs in the Oregon Dunes. He also had a special bond with animals.

Sean loved people and will be remembered by those who knew and loved him as a kind, gentle man.

Sean is survived by his sons, Jaycob and wife, Whitney Sweet of Coos Bay and Jason Sweet of North Bend; mother, Lenore Sweet of Coos Bay; father, William P.
