Although Lin held several jobs in her life such as, dean of students for Franklin Pierce College, dean of the MacDuffie School for Girls, dean of Graham-Eckes School for Boys, and director of the Armament Department with GE Corp, though none were more fulfilling than her career at Lepicier P as a professional singer. In addition, Lin was an active member of Bandon By the Sea Kiwanis and the First Presbyterian Church in Bandon where she served as a deaconess before moving to Baycrest Village.
