LAKESIDE — Coos County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Lakeside man Nov. 22 on theft, burglary and drug charges stemming from the suspected theft of three all-terrain vehicles.

Christian Sehorn-Miller, 19, of Lakeside, was arrested in the 1500 block of Bowron Road in Lakeside, and charged with theft I, burglary II, unauthorized use of a vehicle (3 counts) and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

On Nov. 22, deputies took a report of a break-in and theft of a storage container on Spinreel Road in Lakeside. The victim reported she had three all-terrain vehicles stolen, along with lots of property. The burglary of the small storage unit amounted to $4,265 in items stolen. Deputies learned of a possible location of the stolen ATV’s.

Deputies located the stolen ATV’s at 1520 Bowron Road, where they were concealed in a detached garage. The suspect, Sehorn-Miller, arrived while deputies were there investigating. After interviewing him, Sehorn-Miller admitted to deputies that he stole the ATV’s. The suspect told deputies the people he stole from had stolen from him in the past and he was just trying to get some of his stuff back, but took the ATV’s also.

Deputies arrested Sehorn-Miller and after arresting him, located a bag of suspected methamphetamine in his pants pocket. Sehorn-Miller was transported to the Coos County Jail without incident. Sehorn-Miller was released on his own recognizance with a court date to appear. His bail had been set at $150,000.
