Coos County Animal Shelter

Meet this week's featured dog and cat at the Coos County Animal Shelter.

• Dolly is a young adult, spayed female Lynx Point Siamese mix. She is a beautiful girl, very loving, sweet and playful. Her animal ID No. is 687 and her adoption fee is $45.

• Grover is a stray young adult, neutered male Anatolian Shepherd. He is a beautiful boy, very playful and happy. His animal ID No. is 12-474 and his adoption fee is $100.

The Coos County Animal Shelter is located at 92960 Southport Road south of Coos Bay. Shelter hours are from noon-4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.

Pacific Cove Humane Society

Pacific Cove Humane Society is featuring two cats and two dogs of the week.

• Ernie and Eckley are good-looking, orange and white, neutered cats who are brothers. They have always been together and would love to stay together if possible.

• Gypsie and Killer, not pictured, are mother and son that need to find a home as soon as possible. Gypsie is a 10-year-old, tan, spayed, beagle/terrier mix. Her 8-year-old dark brown, neutered son is mixed with Pomeranian. They are both a little shy at first, but great when get to know new people. Both are good with cats and other dogs.
