Do-it-yourself gifts

Cayla Messner, right, glances over at her younger sister Carris as they work on creating tie-dyed bookmarks on Dec. 4, 2015. The children's department of the Coos Bay Public Library gave youngsters the chance to create some do-it-yourself gifts, which inlcuded tie-dyed bookmarks, perler bead decor, beaded suncatchers and more.
