A full weekend of events to commemorate the reopening of downtown Coos Bay's historic theater.
Meet at the Egyptian Plaza (south to the pedway) for ribbon cutting and then tours 5-7 p.m.

7-7:30 p.m. Wurlitzer Organ Concert with Paul Quarino
7:30 p.m. Silent Movie Festival with Paul Quarino
11 a.m.-4 p.m. Egyptian Plaza (south to the pedway) for Egyptian Souk (market and street fair) sponsored by the Coos Bay Downtown Association.
Tours of the newly reopened Egyptian Theatre with free popcorn and live music.
The theater doors will reopen for tours at 6:30 p.m.
7-7:30 p.m. Wurlitzer Organ Concert with Lee Littlefield;
7:30 p.m. 1925 featured film "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World" Admission is $0.25, as in 1925, the year the theater opened.
12-12:30 p.m. Wurlitzer Organ Concert with Lee Littlefield;
1 p.m. Featured film, the musical "1776."
