COOS COUNTY — The Coos County Sheriff’s Office deputy that was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife was fired from his job, according to a news release from the Coos County District Attorney’s Office.

Klayton Charles Wilson posted bail — set at $25,000 —  and is no longer in custody.

He will be arraigned on charges of felony assault in the fourth degree, menacing and harassment.

In the news release, District Attorney Paul Frasier said the Douglas County District Attorney’s office has taken the case.
