6:19 p.m., custodial interference reported in the 1100 block of Southeast Third Street. Parents are trying to keep child from her. Refusing to give her custody. Not as reported. Grandmother never tried to keep child from reporting party. Small verbal dispute.

Aug. 4

1:34 a.m., driving while suspended reported on June and Southeast Third. As the result of a traffic stop, cited driver for driving while suspended and illegal display.

2:35 p.m., suspicious conditions reported on Southwest 11th Street. Possible transient in band stand. Not as reported.

4:06 p.m., criminal trespass reported in the 600 block of Southeast 11th Street. Transients sneaking onto property at night. Handled.

4:10 p.m., juvenile problem reported on Second Street and Michigan. Two juveniles on the roof wearing masks, pointing guns at construction workers. Handled.

4:33 p.m., hit and run accident reported on U.S. Highway 101 and 11th Street. handled.

6:14 p.m., warrant service issued on Rosa and 13th Street. As the result of casual contact, arrested Michael Libario Cassaro, 28, of Bandon, on a North Bend Police Department warrant for bad checks and theft 2, and Brian Adam Donaldson, 34, of Bandon, on a Coos County Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear. Subjects transported to Coos County Jail.

8:35 p.m., suspicious conditions reported in the 100 block of North Avenue. Girl about 7 years old is walking around restaurant herself. She is now inside. Not as reported.

9:09 p.m., warrant service issued in the 1000 block of Oregon Avenue. Arrested Jessica Lynn Lucas, 39, of Bandon, on a Coos County Sheriff's Office warrant, with addition charges of possession of meth and three counts of ID theft.

11:58 p.m., suspicious vehicle reported in the 1200 block of Southwest 11th Street. Out with vehicle, appears unoccupied. Handled.

9:05 a.m., loud music reported on Southeast Third Street. Unable to locate.

9:32 a.m., harassment reported in the 800 block of Chicago Avenue. Problem with another resident. Subject whipped her wheelchair around and knocked reporting party down last night at smoke shack. Handled.

12:57 p.m., juvenile problem reported on Coquille Point. Female caller advised juvenile throwing rocks at her. Unable to locate.

3:36 p.m., suspicious subject reported in the 20 block of Michigan Avenue. Ongoing problem with transients in store. Made contact with reporting party.

4:20 p.m., intoxicated subject reported in the 100 block of Southwest Ninth Street. Very intoxicated and out of control, causing problems. Made contact, no crime. Parties separated.

5:09 p.m., narcotics investigation reported in the 1000 block of Portland Avenue. Transient loitering behind motel, left while on the phone. Arrested Robbley James Ardoin, 55, of Bandon, for possession of meth.

9:30 p.m., disturbance reported in the 1800 block of Beach Loop Drive. Very aggravated customer is yelling, causing problems. Civil issue over room rate, no crime occurred.

9:48 p.m., theft of services reported in the 60 block of North Avenue. Female dumped all of her garbage out of her car at the laundromat and then left. Unable to locate anything that constitutes a crime.

Aug. 6

4:30 a.m., dispute reported in the 1200 block of Southeast Indiana Avenue. Thirty-eight-year-old requests ambulance, was allegedly beat up by husband. Arrested Klayton Charles Wilson, 39, of Bandon, for assault 4 domestic and menacing.

7:47 a.m., assault reported in the 800 block of Chicago Street. Reporting party wants to report assault that happened a few days ago.

6:47 p.m., dispute reported in the on Astor Lane. Two male subjects fighting. Parties contacted, separated and warned for disorderly conduct.

8:13 p.m., dispute reported in the 88000 block of Highway 42S. Not as reported, subjects attempted to break up dog fight. Deputy not in the area. Handled by Bandon Police Department.

11:36 a.m., suspicious vehicle reported on Riverside and U.S. Highway 101.

6:55 p.m., suspicious subject reported in the 40 block of Michigan Street. Female on a cell phone advised that a band male with no shirt or pants is approaching people, and kids, asking them for things. Subject contacted and warned.

7:30 p.m., illegal camping reported at Face Rock Beach. Female caller advised male subject camped out at bottom of the stairs. Not wanted.

8:54 p.m., suspicious subject reported in the 600 block of Southeast 11th Street. Hears subject in bushes. Unable to locate.

9:26 p.m., criminal mischief reported on Second Street and Delaware. Someone slashes reporting party's tire. Report taken.

Aug. 8

7:03 a.m., unauthorized used of a motor vehicle reported in the 80 block of June Avenue. A 1994 white Ford F150 with a white canopy was stolen from residence this morning. Vehicle recovered. Property seized that did not belong to owner. Report taken.

8 a.m., warrant service issued in the 60 block of Michigan Avenue. As the result of casual contact, arrested Jenny Lee Lucas, 36, of Bandon on a Coos County Sheriff's Office warrant.

8:15 a.m., theft reported in the 900 block of First Street. Gas tank is open, unknown if any was siphoned.

9:20 a.m., disorderly conduct reported in the 300 block of Oregon Avenue. Disorderly subject sitting on a bench screaming and yelling. Contacted subject. Subject calmed down. He is moving on. Handled.

12:22 p.m., warrant service issued in the 55000 block of Rosa Road. Arrested Mark Eugene Hendrix, 30, of Coos Bay, for two counts of domestic harassment.

4:27 p.m., disturbance reported in the 300 block of Southeast Second Street. Subject refusing to leave, threatening to fight people. Trespassed.

7:41 p.m., suspicious conditions reported in the 800 block of Southeast Third Street. A guy is running through bushes in backyard. He left a crossbow behind. There is an arrow shot into the ground. Checked area.

8:28 p.m., suspicious conditions reported in the 300 block of Southeast Second Street. Possible attempt at fraud on Facebook. Contacted, seems to be having some mental issue.

9:10 p.m., suspicious subject reported in the 1200 block of Southwest 11th Street. Subject riding a bicycle wearing a disheveled hoodie, looks homeless, prowling around. They have asked him to leave. Trespassed.

10:11 p.m., dispute reported in the 60 block of Michigan Avenue. Verbal dispute. Parties contacted, no argument. They are advised to keep it down for the night.

10:42 a.m., fraud reported in the 1000 block of June Avenue. Being harassed by father of juvenile that reporting party was texting. Contacted reporting party, possible fraud. Logged for information.

7:03 a.m., suspicious vehicle reported on Seven Devils and U.S. Highway 101. Made contact with subject, no assistance needed.

8:12 a.m., suspicious vehicle reported at milepost 2.5 on Whiskey run. Observed suspicious vehicle. No one in or around. Logged for information.

4:51 p.m., suspicious conditions reported in the 200 block of Filmore Avenue. Box sitting on a bench, believe it is suspicious as it is closed. It is a donuts box, put in the trash.

10:23 p.m., suspicious conditions reported in the 200 block of Filmore Avenue. Vehicle parked in middle of field with lights on for approximately three hours. Parked on uncles property. He does have permission to be there.

2:39 a.m., suspicious vehicle reported in the 1200 block of Newport Avenue. Observed vehicle with open door. Contacted owner. They failed to secure.

9:47 a.m., assist requested in the 1000 block of Southwest Sixth Street. Dispute. Parties separated in dining room. One subject tried to smother the other. Not as reported.

11:02 a.m., theft reported in the 1100 block of Filmore Avenue. Pulled up and took roofing. Not as reported, handled.

4:25 p.m., accident reported in the 1000 block of Oregon Avenue. Possible injuries. Transported by Bay Cities Ambulance. Vehicle towed by Mast Bros. Report taken.

Aug. 16

12:17 a.m., domestic assault reported in the 100 block of Southwest 13th Street. Anonymous female advises of possible domestic assault. Contacted parties. Only escalated to harassment. Victim doesn't want to pursue charges. Subject warned for harassment, handled.

8:58 p.m., dispute reported in the 1100 block of Southeast Second Street. New owner of Bandon Wayside Motel AHS served subject an eviction notice. She has until the 29th to get out, is not being very loud. Warned for disorderly conduct.
