COOS BAY - Larry Hardin, president of Hardin Optical will be the speaker for the next South Coast Inventors meeting. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 2, at the Newmark Center, 1988 Newmark Ave., room 207.
Hardin will discuss the company's history, the current optical market and advice for startup businesses. Also speaking will be Murray Craig, president of DRONEFAX, who will discuss the drone market and the recent success of his new drone inspection business.
South Coast Inventors helps turn ideas into products, improve existing ones or helps members start a new business. Learn to navigate the complicated path of product development, patent search and application plus prototype construction. Everyone uses their expertise to solve problems. This help is ongoing and can continue in future meetings. At all meetings attendees must sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect ideas.
