Random lottery is the way to give

Thursday, November 05, 2009 |
Having received only favorable comments from citizens from all over the state, we need an effort to make a change in the Oregon Lottery.
Briefly, the lottery would randomly pick 100 winners of $25,000. The winners and site of purchase would be published in daily newspapers throughout the state.
I believe this is a more equable system of our lottery. If you agree, contact your representatives at the state level and ask them to support this revision. Please. For you and your fellow Oregonians.
