The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from police logs.
Coos Bay
n Oct. 30, 6:07 a.m., a fight was reported at Southwestern Oregon Community College, 1988 Newmark Ave.
n Oct. 30, 10:01 a.m., criminal trespassing was reported in the 1600 block of Lund Avenue.
n Oct. 30, 11:37 a.m., a woman reported her wallet was stolen out of her purse while she was at Walmart, 2051 Newmark Ave.
n Oct. 30, 11:53 a.m., money was stolen out of a vehicle parked in the 700 block of South Broadway.
n Oct. 30, 1 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at McKay’s Freshmart, 149 S. Seventh St.
n Oct. 30, 1:06 p.m., fraud was reported in the 100 block of South Schoneman Street.
n Oct. 30, 1:31 p.m., police arrested a 47-year-old man on a disorderly conduct charge in the 1300 block of North Eighth Street.
n Oct. 30, 3:57 p.m., police arrested a 25-year-old man on a probation violation and third-degree theft at Knecht’s Auto Parts, 1517 Bayshore Drive.
n Oct. 30, 3:13 p.m., a hit-and-run accident was reported near the intersection of Central Avenue and 10th Street.
n Oct. 30, 4:57 p.m., police detained two juvenile shoplifters at McKay’s Freshmart. They were released to their father.
n Oct. 30, 7:52 p.m., items were stolen from a vehicle parked on Curtis Avenue.
n Oct. 31, 12:40 a.m., a vehicle hit a deer in the 1500 block of Ocean Boulevard.
n Oct. 31, 3:50 a.m., a woman called 911 to report her husband tried to choke her in the 600 block of North Morrison Street.
n Oct. 31, 7:47 a.m., a theft was reported from a vehicle in the 600 block of South Wasson Street.
n Oct. 31, 8:46 a.m., someone entered three parked vehicles parked in the 600 and 700 blocks of South Cammann Street.
n Oct. 31, 12:41 a.m., someone went through a vehicle parked in the 800 block of Arago Avenue.
n Oct. 31, 3:29 p.m., a vehicle was stolen in the 200 block of North Broadway. It was later found in the 800 block of South Broadway.
n Nov. 1, 12:29 a.m., a window was broken and items stolen from The Green Spot, 181 Anderson Ave.
n Nov. 1, 1:32 a.m., a family dispute was reported in the 900 block of Blanco Avenue. Police arrested a 40-year-old man on a probation violation.
n Nov. 1, 1:51 a.m., a fight was reported at Coney Station, 295 S. Broadway. Police arrested a 38-year-old man on a charge of disorderly conduct. He also was cited on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
