New Sunday school class at CB Methodist

The Coos Bay Methodist Church has started a new Sunday school class for 3- to 6-year-olds.
It is a class in gentle learning of the Good Shepherd Story based on the Montessori learning style. The program is child directed and uses many symbols to worship and pray. Amy England is leading this new adventure.
The Rev. David Brown started the church’s youth group this month as its new leader. The youth group meets Sunday afternoons at the church, 123 Ocean Blvd.
