The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from police logs.
Coos Bay
• July 7, 8:53 a.m., a hit-and-run accident was reported on Newmark Avenue near Wal-Mart.
• July 7, 10:29 a.m., someone broke a window and entered a vacant apartment in the 1100 block of West Anderson Avenue.
• July 7, 2:34 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Fred Meyer, 1020 S. First St.
• July 7, 4:23 p.m., illegal fireworks were reported near South Empire Boulevard and Michigan Avenue.
• July 7, 9:11 p.m., child neglect was reported at Wal-Mart, 2051 Newmark Ave.
• July 7, 9:38 p.m., a wallet was stolen at Wal-Mart, 2051 Newmark Ave.
• July 7, 9:44 p.m., a large fight was reported in a parking lot in the 200 block of South Schoneman Street.
• July 7, 10:30 p.m., a family dispute was reported in the 200 block of South Schoneman Street.
• July 7, 11:44 p.m., someone broke a window in the lobby of The World, 350 W. Commercial Ave.
• July 8, 12:32 a.m., a fight was reported at the Silver Dollar, 479 Newmark Ave.
North Bend
• July 7, 12:06 a.m., children spray painted a car in the 900 block of Oregon Avenue.
• July 7, 8:55 a.m., an ice chest was stolen from a back porch in the 300 block of Wall Street.
• July 7, 5 p.m., criminal trespassing was reported at Safeway, 1735 Virginia Ave.
• July 7, 6:06 p.m., a boy was shooting paintballs at buildings and cars in the 2500 block of Broadway Avenue.
• July 7, 9 a.m., criminal trespassing was reported at Safeway, 1735 Virginia Ave.
• July 8, 1:37 a.m., four people were seen laying in the roadway talking near Pacific Avenue and 15th Street.
Reedsport
• July 7, 8:23 a.m., someone stole parts off a vehicle in the 1600 block of Highway 101.
Coos County
• July 6, 5:21 p.m., a person peeped through a skylight and then ran off in the 62900 block of Isthmus Heights Road.
