Officers arrested a Coos Bay woman Monday in connection with a report of a bogus prescription.

A pharmacy employee at Bi-Mart, 550 S. Fourth St., called police about 5 p.m. to report someone trying to fill a fraudulent prescription.

Police arrested Cammy Stoutenburg, 39, on charges of identity theft and tampering with drug records.

She was taken to the Coos County jail where she was released Monday.
