The following are records of arrests as reported by South Coast police departments.

Port Orford

Police arrested Chad E. Clampitt, 35, of Port Orford on charges of fourth-degree assault, menacing and strangulation. He was taken to Curry County jail, where he was booked and lodged early Sunday morning. He was being held this morning on $22,500 bail. 

Reedsport

Police went to 2606 Frontage Road on Saturday and arrested Stasha E. Shirtcliff, 34, of Reedsport, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and Vicodin. She was being held this morning at Reedsport jail, waiting to be taken to Douglas County jail in Roseburg.

Also in Reedsport jail is Michael L. Corrie, 29, of Reedsport, who police arrested Friday on charges of fourth-degree domestic assault, menacing and strangulation. His bail was set at $18,750.

Reedsport police also arrested Margaret A. Farris, 26, on charges of fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She was taken to Douglas County jail, where she was being held this morning on $21,250 bail.

Coos County

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher M. Back, 27, of Coos Bay on fourth-degree felony domestic assault. He was taken to Coos County jail, where he was booked and released after posting bail. He subsequently violated the terms of his release, was taken back to jail, and posted bail again, a jail spokesman said.
