North Bend police cited a Coos Bay woman Friday night following a two-vehicle accident.

A 2003 Mercury and 1997 Toyota crashed at the intersection of Newmark Street and Sherman Avenue. Police cited the driver of the Mercury, Esmeralda Perez Aguilar, 28, with following too closely.

An ambulance responded and police said there were injuries, but they didn’t know if Perez Aguilar or the other driver, Angela Cotter, 35, of Coos Bay, went to the hospital.
