The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from area police department logs.
Coos Bay
• July 1, 8:31 a.m., a headstone was damaged and another stolen from the Telegraph Hill Cemetery at Park and Fifth streets.
• July 1, 10:51 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 2600 block of Mexeye Loop.
• July 1, 12 p.m., fraud was reported in the 200 block of North Broadway.
• July 1, 12:15 p.m., theft of services was reported at the Eastside fire station.
• July 1, 12:28 p.m., someone took a crowbar to a door and tried to get in the Second Street Car Wash, 862 S. Second St.
• July 1, 3:57 p.m., four children were left unattended in a car outside 7-Eleven, 1075 Newmark Ave.
• July 1, 5:33 p.m., vandalism was reported in the 1800 block of Thomas Street.
• July 1, 8:18 p.m., a family dispute was reported in the 200 block of South Schoneman Street.
• July 1, 10:08 p.m., a prowler was reported in the 300 block of South Ninth Street.
• July 1, 10:14 p.m., a fight was reported at Staples, 1995 Newmark Ave.
• July 1, 11:21 p.m., illegal fireworks were reported in the 400 block of South Wasson Street.
• July 2, 12:12 p.m., a family dispute was reported in the 300 block of E Street.
• July 2, 1:43 a.m., criminal trespassing was reported in the 1400 block of Myrtle Avenue.
North Bend
• July 1, 8:16 p.m., someone stole a purse out of a car in the parking lot of Safeway, 1735 Virginia Ave.
• July 1, 2:25 p.m., someone tagged a van with graffiti in the 3100 block of Sheridan Avenue.
• July 1, 3:25 p.m., fraudulent use of a credit card was reported in the 2900 block of Ash Street.
• July 1, 7:15 p.m., someone broke a trailer window in the 700 block of Florida Avenue.
• July 1, 10:13 p.m., a woman was throwing food in a parking lot in the 1300 block of Virginia Avenue. She apparently was mad about an issue with a gas cap.
Reedsport
• July 1, 8:47 p.m., vandalism was reported in the 600 block of Alder Place.
Bandon
• June 30, 4:40 p.m., a woman reported her ex-husband took her laptop and dog in the 200 block of 15th Street.
• June 30, 10:50 p.m., a prowler was reported in the 900 block of Grand Avenue.
