Teens accused of bomb threats stay in custody

EUGENE (AP) — A judge has ruled that two teenagers accused of making bomb threats against three private schools in Eugene will remain in custody in Lane County.
The two boys, ages 13 and 16, were arrested Saturday at the home of the older teen, a student at Marist High School.
The boys are charged with disorderly conduct and intimidation.
FBI agent Nancy Savage says that if they were 18, the boys could have faced 10 years in prison.
Marist, O’Hara Catholic School and Life! Lutheran school, reopened Monday after losing almost a week’s worth of classes to the bomb threats.
