Coquille Police arrested a 32-year-old woman Sunday on charges stemming from a false report of an armed robbery at Denny’s Pizza.

According to a Coquille Police press release, at about 9 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of North Baxter Street to do follow-up work on a report of a robbery at Denny’s Pizza, 98 E. First St., on May 16.

Officers arrested Chasity Latimer on charges of first-degree theft, improper use of 911 and initiating a false report. She was taken to Coos County jail, where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.

To "me" you obviously don't pay attention to what are police do in Coquille do you. Read the police log. In the last week the CPD have arrested wanted people, drunk drivers, and people for a wide range of different crimes. To "me" get educated before you speak you sound like an idiot!!!

To Obviously you must be pretty smart why don't you go solve all the crime for the police.

Just beacuse you know you did something does not mean it just gets solved. You have to have facts to arrest someone not just I know wdo did it. You are obviously a police hater and would not be happy with anything the police do.

Also they charged a person who does not even work at Denny's Pizza and 2 people who do. So OBVIOUSLY the police figured that out not Mr. OBVIOSLY I'm stupid!!

Good job CPD I'm happy to live in Coquille and be protected by CPD!!!
