Article:	FERC LNG decision due in May 2009 The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said Friday that it plans to issue a ruling on the proposed liquefied natural gas terminal project by May 14, 2009. A final environmental impact statement is scheduled to be released three months earlier, by Feb. 13, 2009. FERC’s final verdict is subject to scheduling changes, as has been the case with agency decisions on the project along the way.
