An open house celebrating the 60th wedding anniversary of Robert and Dorothy Sargent will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 7 at the home of their son, Dennis Sargent, 705 Bonneville Road in Lakeside.
Bob and Dorothy were married June 6, 1948, in Walla Walla, Wash. Bob is a retired First Christian Church minister and Dorothy taught Sunday School alongside him.
The two of them raised a family of eight and will be celebrating with their children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
Bring pictures and memories to share, no gifts please.
