CRATER LAKE NATIONAL PARK (AP) — Gas prices keep going up, but the fees at Crater Lake National Park won’t for now.

Park Superintendent Craig Ackerman says entrance fees won’t change this year.

A proposed increase has been canceled even though the extra money would have directly supported park improvement projects.

The standard entrance fee will remain at $10 per vehicle for unlimited entry over seven days, while the annual pass will stay at $20.
