Article:	North Spit boat launch docks back in water Hook up that boat trailer. The docks at the U.S. Bureau of Land Management boat ramp on the North Spit have been installed this week and are ready for public use. The docks are removed from the water each fall to prevent them from being damaged by winter storms, and then placed back in the water in the spring.
