NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bandon Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to consider the following application: PROPERTY OWNER: Helleck-Anderson Family Trust APPLICANT: David Reed (541) 551-0057 FOR: Variance PROPERTY LOCATION: Map 28-15-25 BD; Tax Lot 3900 PROJECT ADDRESS: 1277 4th Street SW The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 555 Highway 101, Bandon, Oregon, 97411. This notice provides for a 20-day period for submission of written comments. Written testimony may be submitted by US mail, electronically, or delivered in person. Please note the deadlines below: • 5:00 p.m. October 19, 2017: Deadline for inclusion of testimony in Commission packet. • 5:00 p.m. October 26, 2017: Deadline for Electronic (e-mail or FAX) testimony. PLEASE NOTE: Every effort will be made to deliver your electronic message to the Planning Commission. However, the City of Bandon is not responsible for failure of communications links, hardware or software in delivery of your testimony. In no event can the City ensure your electronic testimony will be given to the Planning Commission unless it is electronically or physically received before 11:00 a.m. on October 26, 2017. • 5:00 p.m., October 26, 2017: Deadline for receipt of hand delivered or US mail testimony. • After 5:00 p.m. on October 26, 2017: Testimony must be hand delivered to meeting. The applicable criteria are contained in Sections 17.24 Controlled Development 2 (CD-2), 17.112 Variance, and 17.120 Administration and Enforcement. The proposal must also be consistent with the Goals and Policies of the Bandon Comprehensive Plan that may be deemed applicable. The application and staff report (if one is prepared) will be available for inspection at no cost throughout the 20 day comment period and copies will be provided at a reasonable cost.
